New Camera: Advice Please!

Hey girls,

I'm on the hunt for a new camera and have no idea where to start, so I thought I'd ask all you lovelies for some advice :)
I had the Samsung Digimax A503 for ages but it stopped working recently whilst I was on holiday. The worst timing of course! Since then I've been using my mum's camera, but obviously I need to get my own. Especially since I have lots to blog about and I'm going on holiday soon (well not till August but the prospect of holiday is the only thing getting me through! lol)

So I was wondering if any of you had any recommendations. I'm looking for a compact camera with movie function and most importantly it has to be under £150! It doesn't have to be fancy, just a good camera.

    If you go on amazon and type in SLR cameras they have one for 115 pounds and it Has amazing reviews and it looks amazing! check it out x

    good luck in your GCSE's! as long as you've studied as hard and done the best you can, i'm sure you'll get the results your hoping for :)
    wow, you're so lucky! i'd LOVE to go to italy! apperently the boys are gorgeous ;) hehe and the food is beautiful

    I'd suggest this camera. It's the one I have, and is really amazing. It's £145, so at the top of your price range, but I'd say it's definitely worth it! xx
